Our maxi cotton yoga bolsters provides maximum support for many yoga postures. They are firm to provide full support, yet soft enough to be quite comfortable.  This restorative bolster is commonly placed under the length of the spine to promote expansion of the lungs for deeper breathing.

Place the bolster under the knees in savasana to deepen relaxation.  Our bolsters are supportive yet firm and filled with 100% microfiber batting .  The bolsters are rectangular with dimensions measuring 70 x 28 x 15 cm.
