If you are suffering from neck tension or bunched up shoulder muscles, this is the perfect way to help relieve those aches and pains.

How to use
Place the pillow on the floor and slowly lower yourself onto it. lay a thin sheet over the pillow until your skin gets used to the spikes. initially limit your time to 10 – 15 mins, then build up to 20 – 30mins. use as often as you need – preferably daily.
