- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder or carob powder
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup honey or 1 cup light brown sugar (if you don’t mind the sugar)
- tons of cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract, optional
- pinch of sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda

- preheat the oven to 350
- line the baking dish with baking paper
- melt the coconut oil over low heat (fire hazard if done without proper precautions)
- mix together all ingredients except the eggs and the honey.
- when the batter forms, mix in eggs and honey to make a smooth consistency and pour in the baking dish
- sprinkle the dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs liberally (very important)
- bake in the center for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. cool for 30 minutes before cutting or removing from the pan.
- store them in an airtight container
