as of 12th april 2015, we have implemented a new shipping and delivery policy. we have reviewed our policy bearing in mind the current situation with the south african post office and the need to ensure your parcels reach you in a timely and safe manner.
by default, all parcels will be sent via door to door courier, if your shipping address falls within our courier’s normal city service area.
unfortunately, the exceptions would include
- all outlying areas
- all regional areas
- orders qualifying for free delivery falling in outlying and regional areas
for the above exceptions, the orders will be dispatched via south african post office ordinary parcel service or your choice of shipping method for which we will be happy to provide a quote before we process your order.
shipping for zafu/zabuton sets
due to the large size of this set, when you place an order for your zafu/zabuton set we will always deliver your purchase to your nearest south african post office only (couriers are prohibitively expensive)
this is available for retail customers who have made a purchase of 850 rands or above, this facility is unfortunately not available for wholesale customers.
international deliveries outside of south Africa
if you are based in countries within or bordering south africa (namibia, lesotho, botswana, swaziland, zimbabwe, mozambique) and wish to purchase from us, please drop us a mail and we will look for possibilities of getting your potential purchase to you.
we dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving your payment confirmation. if your purchase is delivered through the south african post office, delivery normally takes 3 to 7 working days from dispatch. if your order is delivered through our couriers, delivery normally takes 1 to 5 working days depending on your location.
the delivery times are based on our experience of both our couriers and the south african post office and are of indicative nature only. we rely on our couriers and the post office not experiencing any delays and we cannot guarantee the lead times.
if you are receiving your delivery through our courier service, please make sure that you or someone else is available to receive the package at the provided shipping address.
